With the Reorder Manager – Automatic Stock Levels and Forecasts, you can automate the entire process from stock forecasts to reordering directly in Shopware 6. The plugin analyzes how long current stock levels will last based on sales over the last few days, which can be customized. These calculations can be performed automatically on specific days of the week and at specific times.
As soon as a product falls below a defined availability limit, the plugin automatically generates an internal reorder. At the same time, a notification is sent by email to a specified recipient. Employees can conveniently process these reorders in the shop, change the order status, and see how many units need to be ordered.
When the goods arrive at the warehouse, the actual quantity delivered can be entered into the system, whereupon the plugin automatically updates the stock of the affected products. Reorders are marked as completed once all items have been delivered. Partial deliveries remain open until the remaining quantities have also arrived.
Thanks to seamless integration with Shopware, you can keep track of all open, completed, and partially delivered orders at all times. Manual processes are reduced, bottlenecks are avoided, and your reorder workflow becomes significantly more efficient—all without external tools, directly in your familiar Shopware environment.

Installation
Have you decided to use our app? Thank you! Now all you have to do is install it.
Tip: If you have purchased an app or theme and your shop is connected to your account, the respective extension will automatically appear in your shop in the app/themes list and only needs to be installed. This allows you to skip the step below for uploading the extension.
1. Download the app from the store.
2. Log in to your Shopware 6 administration area and navigate to Extensions > My Extensions > Apps.
3. Click on the “Upload extension” button and select the downloaded file.
4. Use the menu next to the extension to install it and activate it using the switch.
5. Edit your desired settings in the extension configuration.
7. That's it. From now on, the automation will take over.
